Our VItoP Club (which stands for Very Important to Peoples Club) is just for you! Under the direction of Pat Holder at our bank in Clifton, a schedule of trips and activities is planned for up to a year in advance for your enjoyment.
Who can join the VItoP Club?
Anyone who maintains a balance of $2,000 in any type of checking, savings, certificate of deposit, or IRA. You do not have to be a bank customer to travel with Peoples Bank; a small guest fee will apply.
Why would I want to join?
You get the following benefits:
- Discount on the group travel program and other activities.
- Peoples Bank offers trip cancellation/interruption travel protection for all travelers with Travel Insured International for all overnight trips.
- Travel list mailed directly to you with trips planned for up to a year in advance. Please email us at travel@pbbanking.com to sign up.
- Group travel is the more secure way to travel. Pat Holder and other Peoples Bank employees (“home folks”) accompany you on every trip.

Join our Peoples Bank VItoP Club for an international adventure to Switzerland! Explore St. Gallen with a city tour to see its most celebrated landmark the Baroque Cathedral and Abbey Library. See the beautiful Lucerne with a walking tour and scenic boat ride on Lake Lucerne to Alpnachstad. Relax and enjoy an 80-minute cruise on Lake Lugano with its crystal blue water surrounded by dramatic mountain vistas. Enjoy a guided tour of the unique medieval city of Bern then travel to Lausanne for three nights. Take a mountain train from Taesch to Zermatt. We will then take a guided city tour of Geneva more known as the "capital of peace." Explore Montreux with a guided tour surrounded by vineyards against the breathtaking backdrop of snow-covered Alps. The last destination will be Switzerland's largest city, Zurich - the "metropolis of experiences" - where we will take a guided walking tour if time allows.

The Grand Ole Opry's 100th Birthday

Join our Peoples Bank VItoP Club to take a day trip to the celebration of The Grand Ole Opry's 100th birthday! Celebrate the exact 100th anniversary of when Uncle Jimmy Thompson sounded his fiddle for the very first time on what would become the Grand Ole Opry! One hundred years later, this special show will walk through the Opry's decades from the first performance and building to the next 100 years. You’re invited to the show that made country music famous as we highlight country music’s past, present and future!
Black Hills & Badlands
September 14 - 19, 2025
Join our Peoples Bank VItoP Club to take a trip to the Black Hills & Badlands. We will arrive in Rapid City, South Dakota where we will check into the K Bar S Lodge in Keystone, South Dakota. The next day we will see the Tatanka Story of the Bison larger than life bronze sculpture. Next, we will drive along the beautiful Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway. We will enjoy lunch at the Latchstring Restaurant at the Spearfish Canyon Resort. Then we are off to Sanford Lab Homestake Gold Mine, Canyon Resort. The next morning, we will take an open-air jeep tour along the Wildlife Loop in Custer State Park. Next, we will visit the Crazy Horse Monument, see the Indian Museum of North America, and see the sight of Mt. Rushmore. During our time here we will stroll along the Trail of Presidents and visit the Lincoln Borglum Visitor Center and Museum. We will see the Evening Lighting Program at Mt. Rushmore. The next day we travel eastward to Badlands National Park and our first stop will be the Ben Reifel Visitor Center and then take the Badlands Loop Road for a ride. Next, we will arrive in Wall, home of the Wall Drug. Our next stop is Mt. Rushmore Black Hills Gold Factory. In Hill City we will take the 1880's train for an hour excursion through the Black Hills, we will see Black Elk Peak and later arrive in Rapid City to end our trip.
Christmas time in New York City
December 8 - 12, 2025
Join our Peoples Bank VItoP Club to take a trip to New York City during Christmas time! We will arrive in the "Big Apple" and check into the Sheraton Times Square located in Times Square. A local guide will join us the next morning for a holiday-themed tour of Midtown and Upper Manhattan and end in Central Park in a horse-drawn carriage ride! We will then make our way to Radio City Music Hall for a performance of the Rockettes! After the show we will see the newly lit Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center. We will begin our next day with a guided tour of Lower Manhattan and then enjoy some free time for lunch. We will later meet up to go to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum and following that with dinner and an exciting Broadway musical! We will head to Brooklyn the next morning for a Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour and then visit Coney Island to stroll its famous boardwalk. We will end the night with another delightful Broadway musical. The last day will be packed with fun including Battery Park, Liberty Island, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island National Immagration Musuem, Chelsea Market, walk the High Line, and then head to the airport!
